2. Service Description

Patchy Inc. provides professional handyman services including but not limited to home repairs, maintenance, installations, and improvements. All services are provided at transparent flat-rate pricing without the need for quotes.

We offer a 12-month warranty on all completed work, demonstrating our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Booking and Payment

Services can be booked by calling our phone number or through our website. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Emergency cancellations may be subject to additional charges.

4. Warranty and Liability

Patchy provides a 12-month warranty on all completed work. This warranty covers defects in workmanship done by Patchy. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, materials used by Patchy, or modifications made by others.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the original service provided. Patchy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Property Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to service commencement. Patchy reserves the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Patchy website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Patchy Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party authentication providers (such as Google and Facebook) to facilitate user login and account management. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
